Parkway Studio specialises in bespoke furniture, hand-crafted upholstery and cabinetry for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial interiors. As part of the wider Parkway group, the new identity needed to establish a distinct presence while remaining recognisably connected to its related companies, Parkway England and Parkway Finishes. I designed the logo, developed the colour palette and selected the typography, building on the visual foundations of the core brand. As sole web designer, I then translated this identity into a consistent digital experience that communicates the company’s craftsmanship, technical expertise and comprehensive approach to furniture manufacture.
The identity was developed as part of an existing brand family rather than as an isolated visual system. My approach focused on balancing continuity and distinction: retaining enough of the established Parkway character to make the relationship between the companies immediately clear, while giving Parkway Studio an expression appropriate to its specialist role. The logo, palette and typography work together to support a cohesive group presence across brand and digital applications.
The website needed to communicate the breadth of expertise operating from Parkway Studio’s Hampshire workshops. Its team brings together furniture designers, CNC machinists, marquetry and veneer artisans, upholsterers, specialist finishers, installers and project managers under one roof. As sole web designer, I organised this detailed offer into a clear experience, presenting both the craft behind individual pieces and the technical capability required for complex luxury installations.
The digital narrative also reflects Parkway Studio’s closely managed process, from initial brief, surveys and manufacturing drawings through to workshop inspections, delivery, installation and aftercare. Project content demonstrates how this approach applies across fitted cabinetry, bespoke upholstery and loose furniture for private residences, members’ clubs, hotels and commercial spaces. Throughout the website, I maintained consistency with the wider Parkway brand while giving the studio’s craftsmanship, scale and specialist knowledge their own focus.
