The first phase established the editorial and information framework for Marsa Condos. I designed the principal sales brochure alongside the wider collection of location maps, island and residential masterplans, apartment floorplans and individual specification sheets. The system needed to communicate the relationship between the wider destination, the development and each residence clearly, while presenting dimensions, amenities and one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations in a format suitable for both digital distribution and print production.

For Shura Marina Residences, I developed the visual language from architectural details found within the wider island destination. The distinctive forms and colours of the canopies across its resort and amenity areas became the basis for graphic elements used throughout the brochure and supporting materials. This created a direct connection between the sales collateral and the physical character of the development while giving the second phase its own recognisable expression within the broader Red Sea Residences portfolio.
